Terms

Terms for using Inkvoyo

These terms describe the current use rules for artists and clients using Inkvoyo.

Last updated: June 2026.

Using Inkvoyo

Inkvoyo provides workflow tools for tattoo artists and clients. Users should keep account access secure, provide accurate information, and use the platform only for lawful, respectful tattoo-related work.

Artist responsibilities

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their public profiles, enquiry forms, pricing, studio policies, appointment decisions, cancellation handling, health/suitability discussions, and any tattoo work they provide outside the platform.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for sharing accurate information needed for an artist to assess and manage a tattoo request, attending agreed appointments, following studio policies, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.

Acceptable content

Do not upload, submit, or send illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing, or unsafe content. Do not share passwords, full card details, or unrelated medical/financial information through enquiries, messages, uploads, or support tickets.

Tattoo suitability and outcome

Inkvoyo does not guarantee tattoo suitability, medical safety, appointment availability, artist performance, design outcome, pricing, or client satisfaction. Suitability, consent, aftercare, and studio policy decisions remain between artist and client.

Artist/client arrangements

Inkvoyo helps organise workflow records, messages, bookings, and support context. It does not replace direct artist/client agreements, studio terms, consultation processes, or professional judgement.

Manual payments

Current tattoo job payment tracking is manual/offline. Manual deposit and final payment records are artist-entered and are not Stripe verified. Artist platform subscription billing has a foundation but still needs final setup and launch review. Stripe Connect and client-to-artist online payments remain deferred.

Support and moderation

Inkvoyo may restrict, hide, suspend, or moderate public artist profiles or user access where needed to protect the platform, respond to support issues, or reduce abuse. Admin moderation is intended to stop unsafe marketplace activity without deleting legitimate historical workflow records.

Privacy and data requests

Privacy, data access, correction, deletion, image/file removal, and account concerns should be raised through Support until self-service tooling exists. Retention, export, and deletion rules require final review before public beta.

Before public beta

These terms reflect the current product foundation. Before public beta, they should be reviewed against final company details, payment provider terms, support processes, data retention policy, and legal requirements.
